Go to any big hotel in any city around the world and there you will find the Concierge with the crossed keys badge on the lapels of his or hers smart uniform. Their job is to book you restaurants, get you theatre tickets and give you the inside track on their city. Things are somewhat different in a small country house hotel. We don't have a paid up concierge but as owners of Gliffaes Hotel we can give you the inside track on getting the most out of the Brecon Beacons, South Wales.
